TerryWhite Chemmart Wilsonton is a full-time Dispensary Technician role located in Toowoomba, within Wilsonton Shopping Centre. You will accurately dispense medications under pharmacist supervision, manage stock, and support promotional pharmacy services while delivering excellent customer care.

Ideal candidates will have community pharmacy experience, hold S2/S3 Medicines qualifications, and bring strong attention to detail with a team‑oriented mindset. Sleep Apnoea training is highly regarded.

The pharmacy uses Minfos for both POS and dispensing, supporting efficient day-to-day operations. The Role

As a Dispensary Technician, you will be an integral part of our pharmacy team, responsible for the accurate dispensing of medications and supporting various administrative tasks. Your role will involve close collaboration with pharmacists to ensure effective prescription preparation, stock management, and superior customer service. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be key in maintaining TerryWhite Chemmart's standards.

This is a full-time opportunity, with a minimum four-day working week on a rotating two-week roster, which may include Saturdays.

Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with over-the-counter medicines, preparing prescriptions under Pharmacist supervision, supporting stock and merchandising, promoting pharmacy services, and maintaining high standards of store presentation.

We are looking for a team player who can confidently manage competing priorities in a busy pharmacy environment. Previous Sleep Apnoea training or experience will be highly regarded.
