Job summary

DBH Lawyers in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Lawyer to join our Wills & Estates team. The role offers part-time or full-time arrangements and may involve travel to a suburban office.

You will advise on estate planning, prepare Wills and related documents, and assist with estate administration while delivering high-quality client service and practical advice to support clients’ outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ post-admission experience in Wills & Estates law.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills.
• A client-centred approach to legal practice.
• A keen attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and advise on Wills, Powers of Attorney and Advance Care Directives.
• Conduct estate administration matters, including Grant applications and distributions.
• Manage Family Provision Claims and other estate dispute matters.
• Provide advice across general commercial matters.
• Represent the firm at industry and networking events, building relationships.
