Peninsula Australia is seeking an experienced WHS Advisor to drive our safety, health and wellbeing programs, ensuring the business meets the highest standards of care and compliance.

You will manage ISO 45001 and related compliance, oversee office safety audits, hazard management and staff training, and lead engaging internal safety communications.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in WHS (essential).
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience (essential).
• Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (highly regarded).
• Experience in developing and implementing ISO 45001 (highly regarded).
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to safety and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• ISO Certification Excellence: Manage our ISO 45001 and related compliance activities
• HSE & Office Safety: Oversee safety audits, hazard management and well-being initiatives across our offices
• Training & Compliance: Maintaining the internal training register, ensuring all staff are up to date with WHS & Emergency training.
• Communication and Engagement: Create engaging internal newsletters and safety updates to promote awareness and wellbeing
• Wellbeing Leadership: Supporting proactive health, safety and wellbeing initiatives that reflect our values.
