We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and results-driven Wholesale Coordinator to support our Wholesale Leader in achieving budgeted revenue targets across key business channels. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional travel experiences around the globe.

A day in the life:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key wholesale clients, including Area Leaders, Team Leaders and frontline selling staff.
  • Provide day to day support to front line wholesale agents as required
  • Conduct both online and in person sales training for ITG product types
  • Monitor travel industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work with the reporting team to prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with overarching business plan
  • Work with key internal stakeholders to resolve both customer and wholesale agent issues/complaints to ensuring we maintain internal response SLA’s and customer expectations
  • Continually monitor wholesale processes and recommend changes to improve wholesale client experience as required

Who you are:

  • Well-versed in one of the ITG’s product verticals i.e. Escapes, Cruise and Touring
  • In-depth expertise in at least one of ITG’s business systems in particular HQ, Explorer & Travel Tek
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of structure of Flight Centre Travel Group
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Proactive approach to developing and maintaining strong relations with stakeholders
  • Ability to analyse, identify key issues, interpret and extract trends from base information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
