Safe Fire Electrical is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for Wet Fire Protection Systems to lead the SA division, overseeing delivery, compliance, and growth. The role involves managing projects, resources, and client relationships while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will lead technicians and apprentices, drive continuous improvement, and report to senior leadership on performance and opportunities. BGIS support enhances long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the fire protection industry with wet systems expertise.
• Proven leadership in operations management or senior roles.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and contract management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of the Wet Fire division across SA.
• Oversee installation, testing, servicing and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and legislation.
• Manage scheduling, resources, and budgets for multiple projects.
• Mentor technicians and apprentices and develop the team.
