DIP Bathhouse PTY LTD is seeking a Wellness Coordinator / Massage Therapist at our North Lakes venue. You will deliver massage and therapist-led body scrubs, care for guests from arrival to departure, and help maintain a calm, welcoming space for individuals or couples.

Role includes welcoming guests, guiding them through the experience, managing bookings in Fresha, and supporting evening shifts. A Certificate IV in Massage Therapy (or Beauty Therapist Level 6) is required, with casual shifts

Wellness Coordinator / Massage Therapist

DIP Bathhouse is the first contrast therapy and wellness venue in North Lakes. Guests move between hot and cold plunge pools, steam and rest in a calm, considered space, often with a partner or friend. You'll deliver treatments and look after guests from arrival to departure, combining massage therapy and guest care in one role.

Deliver massage and therapist-led body scrub experiences, including for couples

Welcome guests and talk them through the experience and shared-space etiquette

Manage the day's bookings in Fresha

Keep sauna, pools, steam room, change areas and treatment rooms clean, stocked and calm

Support evening shifts through to close

About you

Certificate IV in Massage Therapy (minimum) or qualified Beauty Therapist (Level 6)

Available Tuesday to Saturday, including late nights

Warm, calm and confident with guests

Reliable, with an eye for detail

Right to work in Australia

Own transport (recommended but public transport is available)

Casual shifts in a new venue with a supportive, considerate team
