Job summary

Kado Wellness Coffs Harbour is seeking a Wellness Centre Manager to lead our recovery and wellness facility. You will oversee daily operations, guest experience and centre administration in a premium environment.

You will guide clients through their wellness journey, recommending Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Cryotherapy and Red Light Therapy, while managing equipment, stock and compliance with a small team. This role offers stable hours in a growing wellness brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing environment such as spa, wellness centre, health club, hospitality or healthcare.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• A clinical or nursing background is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of a premium wellness centre, including guest experience, treatment coordination and centre administration.
• Guide clients through their wellness journey—understanding their goals and recommending services such as Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Cryotherapy and Red Light Therapy.
• Oversee wellness equipment including the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber, Cryotherapy and Red Light Therapy bed, including daily checks, cleaning and servicing coordination.
• Recruit, train and lead a small team with coaching and performance support.
• Drive centre performance through retail, packages and revenue targets.
• Manage stock, compliance, WHS and daily reporting.

Wellness Centre Manager — Coffs Harbour
Full-time | No nights, no shift work

Kado Wellness Coffs Harbour is looking for a Wellness Centre Manager to lead our recovery and wellness facility. Our centre offers Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Cryotherapy, and Red Light Therapy, alongside a range of complementary wellness services. This role would ideally be suited for a registered nurse wanting to step away from shift work and unpredictable rosters.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the day-to-day operation of a premium wellness centre, including guest experience, treatment coordination and centre administration
• Guiding clients through their wellness journey — understanding their goals and recommending appropriate services such as Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Cryotherapy and Red Light Therapy
• Overseeing wellness equipment including the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber, Cryotherapy and Red Light Therapy bed, including daily checks, cleaning and coordinating servicing
• Recruiting, training and leading a small team, with regular coaching and performance support
• Driving centre performance — retail, packages and revenue targets
• Managing stock, compliance, WHS and daily reporting

What we're looking for

• Experience in a similar client-facing environment — spa, wellness centre, health club, hospitality or healthcare
• A genuine interest in holistic health, recovery and wellbeing
• Strong leadership instincts
• Comfortable with client-facing service, retail conversations and hitting targets
• Confident with computer systems and comfortable learning new ones
• Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
• A clinical or nursing background is a bonus but not required
