Job summary

Feros Care is seeking a Wellbeing Manager to support older Australians to live independently at home across the Illawarra region. The role involves care management, holistic assessments and coordinating services for clients from Nowra to Ulladulla and surrounding suburbs.

You will build meaningful relationships and enable person-centred care within the Support at Home program. This part-time permanent position offers a 24-hour weekly load with travel between locales, a not-for-profit salary

Qualifications

• Experience in care or case management with the Support at Home Program.
• People-first approach with strong communication and autonomous work style.
• Qualifications in Allied Health, Nursing, Social Services or related discipline are highly regarded.

Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time | 3 weekdays, with a preference for Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
Remuneration: $55,914.15 - $67,902.39 pro rata (24 hours per week), plus Superannuation, Not-for-Profit Salary Packaging benefits and $1.05/km travel reimbursement.
Location: Illawarra Region, travel required between Nowra to Ulladulla and surrounding suburbs

How You'll Support Our Clients

What You'll Bring

• Experience in care management, case management or community-based aged care, with a solid understanding of the Support at Home Program and person‑centred care practices.
• A people‑first approach, with strong communication and relationship‑building skills, and the ability to work autonomously, adapt to changing needs and manage competing priorities with confidence.
• Qualifications in Allied Health, Nursing, Social Services or a related discipline are highly regarded.

What You Need to Know

• Enjoy the flexibility of balancing client visits with remote work, supported by access to a fleet vehicle or $1.05/km travel reimbursement for regional travel.
• Successful applicants will be required to complete a National Police Check, provide evidence of Australian work rights, and COVID-19 vaccination is highly desirable.
