Job summary

St Aloysius College Cronulla invites applications for an Instructional Leader Wellbeing - Secondary Year Coordinator. This full-time, permanent role focuses on implementing wellbeing programs, leading pastoral teams and fostering a safe, inclusive learning environment.

You’ll collaborate with the pastoral care leadership to monitor outcomes, support social and emotional development, and strengthen student belonging across Year 7–12 cohorts.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and evaluating wellbeing programs.
• Ability to lead a pastoral care team and monitor wellbeing outcomes.
• Experience enhancing inclusive, positive school culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing SCS wellbeing programs for students.
• Develop and evaluate evidence-based wellbeing initiatives.
• Lead pastoral care staff to promote positive behaviour and belonging.
• Monitor and improve cohort learning culture across the college.
• Respond effectively to students' wellbeing needs.
