Your Day-to-Day

• Building and welding tough-as-nails wear parts for mining and earthmoving gear
• Working from drawings and specs — precision counts here
• Quality checking your own work (no shortcuts, no nonsense)
• Hitting production targets without breaking a sweat
• Keeping your bay clean, safe, and running smooth

You’ll Bring

• Solid welding and/or fabrication experience with heavy steel or mining equipment
• Confidence with MIG or flux-core welding (TIG a bonus!)
• A keen eye for detail and pride in a clean, strong weld
• A strong work ethic and team attitude
• A forklift ticket or fabrication background earns you brownie points
• Your own transport and the ability to show up ready to roll
