Job summary

Mor-Fab Engineering Pty Ltd in Melbourne’s vicinity is seeking 1st to 3rd year apprentices for welding and boilermaking to join our team in Tullamarine, VIC. This full-time apprenticeship offers hands-on training and mentorship within a dynamic sheetmetal environment.

You will develop skills in fabrication, installation and maintenance, while learning to use hand and power tools, adhering to safety protocols and pursuing vocational qualifications with a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled Sheetmetal workers in the fabrication, installation, and maintenance of various metal components and structures
• Develop proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools, and Specialised equipment used in the Sheetmetal industry
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Participate in on-the-job training and attend vocational education classes to acquire the necessary skills and qualifications
• Contribute to the overall success of the team by completing tasks and projects to a high standard
