Job summary

Randstad, partnering with BAE Systems, is recruiting FIFO Welders for a major defence shipbuilding project in Adelaide, SA. Roles offer 3/1, 4/1, 5/1, or 6/1 swing patterns with FIFO from any capital city in Australia.

Positions include day-night shifts with 83 AUD per hour (inclusive of casual and shift loading) plus overtime, and furnished accommodation near the site. Applicants must have rights to work in Australia and relevant clearances.

• Ability to read drawings.
• Fabrication experience with MIG or Flux Core welding.
• Strong commitment to a safe work environment.

Rare opportunity to work in a major capital city while engaged in FIFO.

FIFO from any major capital to Adelaide

$83+ per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading and 30% shift loading) + overtime

Adelaide Site - Work Monday to Friday and enjoy your weekends off

Please note, onboarding and training will take place Week 1 on Day Shift. These hours will be paid at Day Shift Rate.

Week 1

• Monday - Thursday 11:00pm - 7:30am
• Friday 10:00pm - 6:00am

• Monday - Thursday 11:0pm - 7:30am
• Friday 11:00pm - 7:00am

Week 3

• Monday Thursday 11:00pm - 7:30am
• Friday 10:00pm - 6:00am

As a Naval Shipbuilding and Sustainment Identity Card (NSSIC) is required for this role, applicants must have the right to work in Australia and be eligible to obtain and maintain the appropriate clearances including NSSIC and ITAR.
