Randstad Australia, partnered with BAE Systems, is recruiting FIFO Welders for a major defence shipbuilding project in Adelaide, South Australia. The role offers 3/1, 4/1, 5/1 and 6/1 swing options with FIFO from major capitals.

Onsite duties include fabricating to drawings, adhering to safety standards, and working with MIG or Flux Core welding in a controlled environment. Onboarding occurs Week 1 on Day Shift with pay at the Day Shift Rate.

Qualifications

• Ability to read drawings.
• Fabrication experience with MIG or Flux Core Welding.
• Strong commitment to a safe work environment.

Rare opportunity to work in a major capital city while engaged in FIFO.

FIFO from any major capital to Adelaide

$83+ per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading and 30% shift loading) + overtime

Adelaide Site - Work Monday to Friday and enjoy your weekends off

Fly from any capital in Australia

Please note, onboarding and training will take place Week 1 on Day Shift. These hours will be paid at Day Shift Rate.

Week 3

• Monday - Thursday 11:00pm - 7:30am
• Friday 10:00pm - 6:00am

As a Naval Shipbuilding and Sustainment Identity Card (NSSIC) is required for this role, applicants must have the right to work in Australia and be eligible to obtain and maintain the appropriate clearances including NSSIC and ITAR.
