Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled, reliable and adaptable Welder / Fabricator OR a flexible person with a \"can-do\" attitude with a strong willingness to learn on the job to join our team in Yatala, QLD.

This position starts as a trial period with a direct view to transitioning into a permanent, full-time position (or if preferred, part-time) for the right candidate. You will work within a supportive workshop environment under clear supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose structural wear and tear and perform necessary modifications meeting high safety/quality standards.

Assist with transport mechanical tasks/various workshop duties and random tasks when fabrication work is quiet.

Follow workshop safety guidelines - work effectively under supervision and be able to follow instructions.

We Are Looking For

Transport mechanical knowledge is a significant advantage.

A truck licence (HR/HC/MC) is a distinct advantage, though not strictly mandatory.
