Job summary

Flexiforce in Goulburn, NSW is seeking an experienced Welder (no ticket required) to assist in manufacturing, production and fabrication of mechanical components. The role offers ongoing employment with a Monday–Friday 7am–3pm schedule and an immediate start.

The ideal candidate will have proven welding or metal fabrication experience, the ability to read drawings accurately, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in welding or metal fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings accurately.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, safety-focused and able to work independently or in a team.
• Police check is essential or willingness to obtain one.
• Forklift licence is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Welding, fabrication and assembly of mechanical components.
• Read drawings and ensure precision in manufacturing.
• Maintain safety standards and quality workmanship.
• Work Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm, with immediate start.
