Flexiforce in Mittagong, NSW is seeking a motivated process worker to join their manufacturing team. This casual, ongoing role involves assembling steel frames and trusses on a production line using hand and power tools.

You will perform quality checks, maintain a clean, safe work environment and contribute to a fast-paced production setting. The ideal candidate has previous experience, reliability, and works well both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar process/manufacturing role.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Physically capable of repetitive manual work.
• Reliable with strong time management and teamwork.
• Willing to work Monday to Friday in Mittagong.
