Dunelm in-store team is seeking a Weekend Sales Assistant to support busy periods over weekends. This seasonal role runs until 13 February 2027, with multiple shifts and a minimum of 8 hours per week.

Pay rates are age-based: 16-17 £8.00 per hour and 18+ £12.71 per hour, reflecting the weekend and seasonal nature of the work.

As a Sales Assistant you will greet customers, operate tills, help on the shop floor, and assist with stock and deliveries, ensuring customers leave satisfied.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in retail preferred.
• Confident, sociable and eager to work in retail.
• Willingness to assist customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Tills – serve customers, handle purchases and returns with care.
• Shop floor – assist customers and provide memorable service.
• Hosting – use iPad systems to order products and arrange Made To Measure orders.
• Stock and Delivery – merchandising, price updates, stock checks, deliveries and replenishment.
