Job summary

Rugby Transport is seeking a Compliance Officer to join the team in Queensland. The role focuses on ensuring compliance under NHVR, administering driver non-conformances, and maintaining accurate logbooks and licenses.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, with excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail, and will benefit from knowledge of heavy vehicle legislation. Weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Current knowledge with Heavy Vehicle legislation, compliance and the NHVR.
• Willing to work weekends and in a team environment.
• Transport industry experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with NHVR regulations across the business.
• Administer non-conformances to drivers.
• Perform logbook checks and data entry.
• Ensure driver and vehicle licenses are current.
