Job summary

400 Gradi Eastland in Ringwood, VIC, is seeking an experienced casual Bartender to join our busy Italian restaurant as we head into the warmer months. You will craft cocktails, pour drinks and make quality coffee, while keeping the bar tidy and coordinating with front-of-house to ensure smooth service.

Friday to Sunday nights are required, with additional shifts possible as demand grows. Our team offers on-the-job training, staff discounts and opportunities to develop your beverage knowledge

Qualifications

• Valid RSA and knowledge of liquor licensing laws.
• Food handling certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Availability for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
• Minimum one year of bartending experience in a busy bar.
• Salary: Casual, Restaurant Industry Award – Level 2, $33.85 per hour, plus super.
• Location: Eastland Shopping Centre, Ringwood, VIC.

Responsibilities

• Behind the bar preparing cocktails and pouring drinks.
• Make quality coffee and operate coffee machines.
• Keep the bar tidy and presentable for service.
• Coordinate with front-of-house to ensure smooth service.
• Support the team during peak periods in spring and summer.
