Lubricant Specialists Australia is seeking a Dispatch / Warehouse Operator to join our High Wycombe team. The role focuses on receiving, storing and dispatching finished goods in a well‑organised warehouse, with a forklift involved.

You will work Monday to Friday, with no weekend shifts, offering stable full‑time hours and opportunities to develop skills within a small, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Valid LF Forklift Licence.
• Reliable and organised with strong work ethic.
• Ability to work safely and follow procedures.
• Previous warehousing or dispatch experience.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills for warehouse paperwork.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming stock and unload deliveries.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Wrap and strap pallets for transport.
• Load outbound deliveries using a forklift.
• Maintain accurate stock storage and organisation.
• Assist with stocktakes and inventory control.
• Complete dispatch documentation and paperwork.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
