Job summary

CSR is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our logistics team in Welshpool, WA. You will pick and prepare customer orders for despatch and coordinate loading/unloading with the despatch officer.

You will operate a counterbalance forklift safely, monitor driver inductions, maintain despatch paperwork, and contribute to a positive warehouse culture. This full-time day shift offers career development and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence (Counterbalance) – Essential.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations (ideally in building products or logistics).
• Ability to lift up to 25kg and safely handle plasterboard.
• Basic computer skills – foundational level preferred (in preparation for future WMS implementation).
• Team player with good communication skills and a strong safety mindset.
• Good attention to detail, numeracy, and English literacy.
• White Card (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Picking and preparing customer orders for despatch.
• Coordinating loading/unloading of vehicles with the despatch officer.
• Operating a forklift (counterbalance) safely and efficiently.
• Monitoring driver inductions and ensuring compliance with site safety rules.
• Maintaining accurate paperwork for despatch.
• Contributing to a positive and productive warehouse environment.
