Salary: $74,047.24 - $81,936.62 per annum, plus superannuation.

Our Wee Waa Pool Team Leader role is pivotal in ensuring our swimming facilities operate efficiently. You will monitor and maintain the pools plant, equipment, and facilities while guiding staff in safe operations and handling. Your responsibilities will include:
Additionally, as our Team Leader you will step into the role of lifeguard, ready to act with rescue and first aid expertise whenever needed, safeguarding the well-being of our swimmers.

This role may be required to rotate around Narrabri Shire Aquatic Facilities to support operational needs.
The Wee Waa Pool Team Leader will be required to return to Narrabri Aquatic Centre during the winter shutdown period.
