About The Role

Our Wee Waa Pool Team Leader role is pivotal in ensuring our swimming facilities operate efficiently. You will monitor and maintain the pools plant, equipment, and facilities while guiding staff in safe operations and handling. Your responsibilities will include:

• Undertake administration duties, including cash handling, balancing and banking and general administration.
• Lead by example by offering direction, support and training to nurture an environment where growth and skills enhancement flourish.
• Oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Assist the Front Desk and Kiosk with managing customer interactions, stock orders, entry procedures and upholding Public Health protocols.

Additionally, as our Team Leader you will step into the role of lifeguard, ready to act with rescue and first aid expertise whenever needed, safeguarding the well-being of our swimmers.

This role may be required to rotate around Narrabri Shire Aquatic Facilities to support operational needs.

The Wee Waa Pool Team Leader will be required to return to Narrabri Aquatic Centre during the winter shutdown period.
