Job summary

Endeavour Foundation is seeking a Web Developer to build and enhance digital experiences that connect people with Endeavour Foundation. This hands-on role centers on HubSpot CMS, developing pages, templates and reusable components that are fast, accessible and conversion-focused.

You’ll collaborate with marketing and external partners, work across WordPress, Webflow and Shopify, and turn business needs into practical, customer-centric solutions that improve journeys and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in web development or CMS development.
• Experience with HubSpot CMS development, including HubL.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Experience with APIs and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and optimise websites, landing pages and campaign experiences with HubSpot CMS as the primary platform.
• Develop reusable HubSpot modules, templates, themes and components that are accessible, scalable and easy for content teams to manage.
• Develop and optimise frontend and backend functionality across HubSpot, WordPress, Webflow and Shopify.
• Turn user experience, design, conversion and business requirements into effective digital solutions.
• Improve customer journeys, usability and conversion through continuous website optimisation and experimentation.
• Implement A/B tests and support analytics tagging and performance measurement.
• Improve website accessibility, responsiveness, site speed, technical SEO and overall performance.
• Support HubSpot functionality including HubL, HubDB, dynamic content, forms, integrations, APIs and CRM-connected website experiences.
• Identify and resolve technical, accessibility, performance and usability issues before they become customer problems.
• Maintain strong development practices across code quality, version control, testing, documentation and deployment.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, digital, technology and external partners to deliver against business priorities.
• Proactively recommend improvements that make our digital platforms easier to use, manage and scale.
