Job summary

Wabtec Inspection Technologies in Sydney is seeking a QA/Support specialist to help deliver solutions for industrial test and measurement customers. You will adhere to the Quality Assurance System and work with field sales to ensure high service levels.

Qualifications

• Adhere to QA systems and report complaints.
• Identify conditions adverse to operational efficiency, safety & quality and suggest improvements.
• Provide solutions to industrial test and measurement customers.
• Collaborate with Field sales and account managers to deliver high-level customer support.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the Quality Assurance System, reporting any internal and external customer complaints.
• Report any conditions adverse to the operational efficiency, safety & quality of TNM products, making suggestions for improvement as appropriate.
• Provide solutions to our industrial test and measurement customers.
• Work closely with Field sales team and key account managers to ensure customers receive a high level of support.
