Job summary

Leading Wealth Management firm is seeking an Associate to join their growing team and support Investment Advisers and their clients.

You will collect and analyse financial information, maintain client portfolios, and assist in preparing investment proposals and client events. A degree in Finance is desirable and Australian working rights are required. This is an opportunity to develop financial markets knowledge while working alongside experienced advisers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or related disciplines desirable.
• Wealth management or financial planning experience desirable.
• Highly motivated and self-directed.
• Possess full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Advisor to collect and analyse financial and investment information to provide sound financial and investment advice to clients.
• Work with the Advisor to maintain client portfolios on a regular basis, reassessing objectives and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Provide market-related information to clients.
• Liaise with the Operations team (Settlements / Corporate Actions / Onboarding etc).
• Assist Investment Advisers with preparation of investment proposals and pitch documents.
• Coordinate client functions and marketing events with Business Manager and Event Manager.
