Job summary

Sustain Recruit is partnering with a respected wealth management business to hire an Administrator on a contract basis from 14 September to 24 November 2026, in Victoria, Australia. The role offers $38 per hour plus super and an immediate start.

You will provide administrative support to advisers, prepare client documentation, manage data entry, schedule meetings, assist with onboarding, and ensure compliance. Australian citizenship or permanent residency is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services and administration.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to prioritise.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to advisers and team.
• Prepare client documentation and correspondence.
• Manage data entry and record maintenance.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
