• Demonstrable skills in navigating and resolving client issues.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Financial Advisors to assist with delivery of financial products and services.
• Manage communication via live chat and phone calls, providing effective solutions.
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors and enhance best practice guides.
