Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Wealth Management function by analyzing business and sales performance, delivering insights and reporting, and enabling strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders across product, sales, finance and risk to ensure operational stability and improved productivity.

Qualifications

Around 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in financial services.
Wealth Management experience viewed favourably.
Strong analytical and reporting skills to interpret data into clear insights.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication across teams.
Proactive, solutions-focused with experience supporting business improvement and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

Analyze business and sales performance data to identify insights.
Develop meaningful insights and reporting for stakeholders.
Support business-wide change initiatives and process improvements.
