Qualifications

• Experience in Wealth Management and administrative support.
• Strong client-service ethic with high accuracy and accountability.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) and familiarity with JBWere processes.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen client relationships through exceptional communication and engagement.
• Support advisers with portfolio insights, investment analysis, and strategic recommendations for HNW clients.
• Safeguard the business by ensuring full compliance across investment-related activities.
• Coordinate with advice and operations teams to maintain workflows and optimize processes.
• Act as central coordinator by managing schedules and keeping activities running efficiently.
