BuildRight Construction AU is seeking an experienced Tradesman Waterproofing Applicator – Sheet Membrane Installer for residential projects in New South Wales. This full-time role offers strong earning potential, consistent work on premium homes, and long-term career growth.
The successful candidate will join an experienced team to install high-quality sheet membrane waterproofing systems across residential construction projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sheet membrane waterproofing installation.
- Ability to independently install sheet membrane waterproofing systems.
- Experience with PVC membrane systems or similar waterproofing products.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality workmanship.
- Experience working on residential construction projects.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Current driver’s licence
- White Card
- Reliable, motivated and safety focused
Responsibilities
- Installs sheet membrane waterproofing systems from substrate preparation through to final completion.
- Prepare and inspect surfaces before membrane installation.
- Complete waterproofing work to a high standard in accordance with industry requirements.
- Install PVC and other sheet membrane waterproofing systems.
- Carry out quality inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Communicate professionally with builders, site supervisors and clients.
- Organise materials and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining workmanship standards.
- Participate in ongoing product and installation training.
- Represent the company professionally on all worksites.
