• Define and deliver a distinctive culinary vision across a multi-venue environment.
• Lead kitchen operations ensuring food quality, presentation and execution.
• Develop innovative menus and signature experiences for waterfront dining.
• Lead from the front to set standards for quality, service and professionalism.
