Job summary

Centurion Water & Wastewater Solutions (CWWS) seeks an experienced Project Manager to deliver packaged water and wastewater treatment plant projects from Malaga base. You will lead planning, safety, and stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities cover lifecycle delivery, proposals, cost control, risk management, and reporting. 5+ years PM experience and Australian working rights are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ project management experience in water/wastewater or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of project financials and business drivers.
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights (essential).
• Technical background or hands-on experience (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver water and wastewater treatment projects within scope, budget, and client specifications.
• Lead project planning and execution with a strong safety focus per HSE procedures and KPIs.
• Act as the principal point of accountability for allocated projects, ensuring proactive client communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
• Contribute to proposals, scopes, estimates, and delivery programs.
• Oversee full project lifecycle including commissioning, handover, and defect rectification.
• Identify and escalate risks to the Project Delivery Manager.
• Lead project meetings and provide accurate progress reports.
