Job summary

Soak It is seeking a Water Truck Operator to support landscape watering across large housing developments and parks in Brisbane and surrounding areas. The role requires an HR driver licence and the ability to operate a water truck safely, with on-site communication and paperwork duties.

Experience in horticulture or landscape construction is desirable, and the company offers on-the-job training, permanent full-time employment, and standard benefits including leave and superannuation.

Qualifications

• HR license and current Queensland driving history
• OHS Construction Induction (White Card) up to date
• Standpipe Ticket (preferred)
• RII Water Vehicle Operations Qualification (preferred)
• Experience in horticulture or landscape construction desirable

Responsibilities

• Operate an HR water truck safely and efficiently
• Water turf and plants across sites
• Communicate with customers on site
• Complete daily paperwork
• Follow safe work practices and pre-start checklists
• Attend to maintenance and servicing
• Carry out landscape maintenance tasks as required
