GWMWater seeks a Water Services Operator for the Mallee region, based in Birchip, to operate, maintain and monitor water and wastewater systems for reliable service delivery. You will handle faults, inspections and sampling, and support emergency response activities across the Mallee region.

Applicants will undertake after-hours duties and complete a Certificate III in Water Operations if not already qualified.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Water Operations is required.
• Ability to operate and monitor water and wastewater systems.
• Willingness to participate in after-hours roster.

Responsabilités

• Operate, maintain and monitor water and wastewater systems and assets to ensure reliable service delivery.
• Respond to faults and service interruptions in the Mallee region.
• Maintain infrastructure and conduct water and wastewater sampling.
• Undertake inspections and support emergency response activities.
