Job summary

WSP is seeking a senior technical leader to guide the Water business nationally. You’ll lead major water projects, drive design management, quality and safety, and shape solutions with authorities and contractors.

You’ll grow capability across teams, foster learning and accountability, and own the delivery, risk and commercial outcomes across a portfolio of networks, treatment, and asset planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience leading major water projects within consulting.
• Experience on multi-disciplinary programs and design management.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of major water projects from concept through commissioning.
• Coach, mentor and uplift engineers across levels and locations.
• Lead technical discussions with authorities, utilities and contractors; influence governance and performance.
• Own safety, quality and WHS outcomes across your portfolio; implement Safety‑in‑Design.
