WSP Global Inc. in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast or Gold Coast is seeking a Senior to Principal Planning Engineer to lead water network planning and deliver complex infrastructure solutions.

You will translate long-term objectives into practical plans while mentoring engineers and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. You will apply your water infrastructure planning expertise to assess networks, develop servicing strategies, and contribute to robust business cases and investment planning

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Civil, Environmental or related Engineering.
• Significant experience in water and/or wastewater planning.
• Strong capability in strategic, master and detailed planning for water, recycled water and/or wastewater systems.
• Experience assessing existing networks and identifying future infrastructure needs.
• Proven leadership in technical delivery of complex engineering projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic, master and detailed planning for water, recycled water and/or wastewater systems.
• Oversee water and wastewater planning, infrastructure assessments and servicing strategies.
• Develop technically robust solutions for network upgrades and new infrastructure.
• Lead the technical delivery and review of complex infrastructure planning projects.
• Translate population, demand, asset and network requirements into practical plans and investment recommendations.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to integrate planning outcomes with design and delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers and planners.
