Job summary

Skillset is seeking a reliable Meter Reader to join a regional water services team on a two-month casual contract with full-time hours in regional NSW. You will read, maintain and replace water meters while delivering excellent customer service and supporting essential water infrastructure.

This field-based role requires a Class C Driver Licence, strong attention to detail, and safety focus. Australian work rights required. Two-month contract with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class C Driver Licence.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection.

Responsibilities

• Read, maintain and replace water meters as required.
• Assist with water network operations and data recording.
• Perform meter disconnections as directed and support maintenance of water services.
