Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a large-scale water infrastructure program in South East Queensland. The role covers delivery readiness, interface management, assurance activities and transition planning as the project moves from construction through commissioning and into operations.

You will provide leadership across multiple stakeholder groups, coordinate across delivery teams, contractors and operational personnel, and ensure governance, risk management and asset

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across execution and delivery phases.
• Experience in governance, risk and interface management on major infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery coordination across construction, testing, commissioning and asset transition.
• Facilitate collaboration between contractors, engineering disciplines and operational stakeholders.
• Monitor readiness activities and progress key delivery milestones.
• Coordinate verification, inspection and assurance processes throughout execution.
• Oversee interface management across construction, environmental, safety, quality and operations.
• Support commissioning and transition planning for operational readiness.
• Engage asset custodians to ensure business readiness objectives are achieved.
• Escalate delivery, safety, quality or environmental risks as needed.
