Qest Human Resources is seeking a skilled Fitter Welder for a water manufacturing environment in the North Western suburbs of Adelaide. You will weld, fit, and maintain machinery and water-related systems, following technical drawings and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Fitter Welder in a water or industrial manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Competent with MIG, TIG and ARC welding techniques.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication on steel and alloys for water systems.
• Assemble, install, and maintain machinery per drawings and specs.
• Work on pipelines, tanks, valves and related water components.
• Inspect and test fabricated parts for quality and compliance.
• Operate welding tools and maintain equipment safely.
• Collaborate with trades to ensure efficient workflow.
