PLS is seeking a Drill Water Cart Operator to safely operate water carts for dust suppression around drilling rigs at the Pilgangoora operation. The role offers day and night shifts on an 8/6 or 7/7 roster and requires drilling/blasting equipment experience in a large open pit mine.

Candidates should be self-motivated, disciplined, flexible, and have strong communication skills. HR Licence is mandatory, and Wakefield operations emphasize safety and teamwork across the site.

• 2 years’ operating experience with drilling and blasting equipment in a large open pit mining operation.
• HR Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Operate water carts to support dust suppression around drilling rigs and designated mine areas.
• Maintain water carts and perform routine checks for safe operation.
• Coordinate with drilling rig operators and blast crew to ensure efficient operations.
• Adhere to safety policies, take-5 checks, and report hazards or incidents.
