Job summary

Lightning HR PTY LTD is seeking an experienced HR Truck Driver for a Caloundra–Brisbane daily run. This permanent full-time role offers Monday to Friday schedules, with home every night and local, reliable work on Sunshine Coast routes.

You will handle loading/unloading, ensure loads are secured, complete basic paperwork, maintain the truck, and provide excellent customer service while supporting the team as needed.

Qualifications

• HR Licence required; MC would be great
• Experience driving trucks in local service
• Reliable, punctual and safety conscious

Looking for a great HR Truck Driver who wants a reliable Monday–Friday job with a solid, local company?

We’re working with a well-established Sunshine Coast-based business in Caloundra that is looking for a reliable driver to join their team.

THE ROLE

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Truck Driver who enjoys being on the road but wants the security of daily runs and being home every night.

You’ll be completing regular runs from Caloundra to Brisbane and return, with some loading, unloading and general assistance as required.

What you'll be doing:

• Daily Caloundra → Brisbane → Caloundra runs
• Loading and unloading as required
• Ensuring loads are secured and delivered safely
• Completing basic delivery paperwork
• Looking after the truck and equipment
• Providing great customer service
• Helping out the team when required

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who is:

• HR Licence – essential (MC would be great)
• Experienced driving trucks
• Reliable and punctual
• Safety conscious
• Physically fit and happy to get involved
• Comfortable driving to Brisbane on a daily basis
• Able to work independently
• Well presented with a good attitude
• Looking for a long-term, stable position
