- Senior experience in municipal wastewater process engineering and treatment design.
- Experience leading complex multidisciplinary treatment projects.
- Expertise in technical governance, assurance and peer review.
- Strong client engagement with trusted-adviser relationships.
- Team leadership, coaching and capability development.
Responsibilities
- Set the technical direction for wastewater, biosolids and recycled water projects.
- Provide governance, assurance and technical review at key delivery stages.
- Advise major water utilities on technical, regulatory and investment decisions.
- Grow and mentor the treatment team and develop wastewater specialists.
- Shape market strategy and build enduring client relationships.
