Job summary

WorkPac Group is seeking a safety-focused HR Truck Driver to transport waste trucks from the Nowra depot to tipping facilities across Sydney. Join a structured team and follow all safety procedures while supporting waste operations in the Nowra region.

Ideal candidates will have waste management experience, be capable of maintaining a Heavy Vehicle Work Diary, and demonstrate a strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality. On-the-job training and employee benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within the waste management industry.
• Ability to complete and maintain a Heavy Vehicle Work Diary.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Transporting waste trucks from the Nowra depot to designated tipping facilities in Sydney.
• Servicing Construction & Industrial waste operations throughout the Nowra area.
• Operating vehicles and equipment in accordance with company procedures and safety requirements.
• Conducting daily vehicle inspections, maintenance, and safety checks.
• Maintaining a high standard of vehicle cleanliness and presentation.
• Completing and maintaining a Heavy Vehicle Work Diary.
• Adhering to all road transport regulations and company policies.
