ACCIONA is seeking personnel to implement and monitor systems and processes on a 24-hour shift across a Western Australia site. The role focuses on health, safety and environmental compliance while supporting plant performance.

Responsibilities include plant duties, materials control, and ensuring effective communication across shifts. Flexibility for additional duties will be required to meet site objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial environments or similar.
• Experience working with heavy machinery and moving plant.
• Experience collaborating with large O&M teams.
• 3+ years in supervisory roles or team leadership.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine tasks and testing of plant equipment and update shift logs.
• Operate weighbridge and offloading systems as required.
• Ensure defect reporting in CMMS is captured and corrective actions followed.
• Assist Shift Team Leader to operate facility through timely materials management.
• Build strong working relationships with Shift Fuel Reception Operators and support teams.
