Job summary

Complete Staff Solutions is seeking reliable Labourers with an HR Truck Licence to join our Local Government client in Burwood. The roles cover waste collection, street sweeping, and general cleansing duties in dedicated teams.

These are hands-on positions offering ongoing work with competitive pay and opportunities to develop skills in municipal cleansing operations. You will be trained on the job and supported by a friendly council team, with penalties and shift penalties applied as per award.

Qualifications

• Current HR (Heavy Rigid) driver’s licence.
• Reliable transport and willingness to work early starts and weekends.
• Physically fit for outdoor manual work.
• Experience in waste collection or street sweeping is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with waste collection in the Waste Team.
• Support street sweeping operations as blower operator and driver when trained.
• Help with general cleansing duties and litter bin maintenance.
• Adapt to weekend shifts and early-morning schedules as required.
