• Experience in managing waste disposal facilities and infrastructure.
• Competence in project and contract management.
• Experience managing employees and contractors.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and WHS Construction Induction Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Manage the contract for kerbside waste collection and contractor performance.
• Ensure recycling and organics operations align with agreement requirements.
• Oversee gatehouse and transfer station operations.
• Ensure landfill/disposal complies with Environmental Management Plan and license.
• Promote recycling and alternative processing via campaigns.
