Job summary

Labourpower is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a waste recycling centre in Bowral, NSW. This hands-on role leads a team to run landfill and waste transfer operations safely and efficiently.

You will monitor WHS compliance, oversee plant and equipment, and ensure documentation and EPA regulations are met. The position offers full-time hours with strong earning potential through overtime.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and supervising teams.
• Experience operating mobile plant and equipment safely.
• Strong awareness of safe work practices around heavy plant and machinery.
• Ability to perform under pressure and prioritise multiple tasks.
• Recycling, waste, landfill or heavy industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WHS procedures are followed by all team members.
• Monitor plant and equipment and address issues promptly.
• Submit daily checklists, reports, permits, JSAs, and incident reports.
• Ensure EPA compliance and relevant regulations.
• Manage traffic and interactions between customers, vehicles, and staff.
• Delegate tasks and lead the team daily.
