Job summary

Solo Resource Recovery, a family-owned waste and recycling business, is recruiting a casual Side Arm Vehicle driver out of the Mornington depot to service domestic contracts. You will operate Dual Control Side Arm trucks, start early each day, and adhere to our OHS policies and best practices.

HR licence is required, along with a good driving history; experience is preferred but not essential. Training is provided; competitive base hourly rate with overtime and incentives, vehicle maintained by

Waste Industry Drivers - Side Arm Vehicle

Solo Resource Recovery is a family owned and operated business, supplying waste and recycling services throughout Australia.

We are continuing to grow in Melbourne and are currently recruiting a casual driver to operate Side Arm vehicles (Dual Control) for our domesticcontracts working out of our Mornington depot.

• have a HR licence as a minimum;
• have a good driving history (a current driving record will be required to be presented at the interview);
• be available to start early in the mornings;

• be safety conscious and have the ability to adhere to Company OHS policies and best practice;
• possess good communications skills;
• have good attention to detail;
• have a can‑do attitude and enthusiasm.

This is a long term position with penalty rates paid for all overtime, driver bonuses and incentives for the right person.

In accordance with our Company’s recruitment process, all successful applicants will be required to undergo a Pre Employment Medical, which includes a drug test. A current driving history, with a good driving record will also need to be provided.
