Job summary

Freelance Recruitment is assisting a large National Transport Company to recruit a driver for the Redlands region in Queensland. The role offers regular hours, a strong safety culture, and opportunities for overtime in an essential services environment.

You will drive modern, well-maintained waste collection vehicles, perform pre-start checks, and deliver reliable customer service while following scheduled routes. HR license required with right to work in Australia.

Qualifications

• HR Truck License required, minimum HR Auto or HR Manual preferred.
• Pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening required.
• Current Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a range of waste collection vehicles including side arm and hook
• Complete scheduled collection runs.
• Load and unload bins, including manual handling.
• Conduct pre-start vehicle checks.
• Deliver safe, reliable customer service
