Job summary

Clarendon Homes, part of Campbell Property Group, is seeking a Services & Warranty Coordinator to join our Loganholme, QLD team. You will manage day-to-day warranty coordination from post-handover through defect resolution, ensuring timely updates and accurate system records.

You'll lead trade coordination, manage workflow, liaise with customers, and support the Service & Warranty Manager to drive efficient warranty outcomes and service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating warranty or service delivery in construction or property.
• Experience liaising with trades, suppliers and customers.
• Familiarity with service delivery metrics and task workflows.
• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with ClickHome/SharePoint (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Manage full workflow for warranty jobs from initiation to completion.
• Monitor ClickHome tasks daily, updating progress notes and statuses.
• Review vendor reports and ensure tasks are actioned within SLAs.
• Raise, code, and approve purchase orders per policy.
• Coordinate with trades and suppliers to schedule works and follow up on completions.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their warranty journey.
• Provide 30-day welcome calls and 90-day guidance.
• Proactively resolve customer concerns or escalate complex issues.
